~God is enough for me... for my problems, my pain, my hurt and my desires. When I am afraid or worried or self-condemning, I will remember WHO sustains me! God is sufficient! So I will lay my burdens, flaws, needs, guilt, anger, frustration, fear, disappointments and desires on His shoulders and trust His heart!!!~

victory!

Victory over the scale today!!! woohooo! The scale finally gave in. lol. 152 lbs today!!!! :) Man that felt good and so rewarding coz It's been so challenging to keep going and keep my meals healthy without seeing progress this past 3 months! So it was very motivating for me today! Celebrating with a walk. Just a light walk coz I'm sick but don't want to stop coz I'm trying to set a routine of walking every day. :)

So the 10K walk is in a week and a half. I'm soooooooooo NOT ready!!! I don't know I've been wanting to back down but I really wanted to do this. Well, I have a week or so. I hope I get better soon too!
